Last night we had Beach Baptism at Bill Baggs Park on Key Biscayne. 170 people were baptized! I love our church family...we had such a celebration with those who are moving forward in their relationship with Christ!
Sammy and I were baptism partners and totally enjoyed meeting and praying with each person we got to baptize. Of course, it's always so encouraging to see friends and students who have given their life to Christ recently obey Him and get baptized!! Yeah baby!
After the baptism, the pastors had a calendar shoot of sorts...pretty fun. This picture is a product of those few moments...the professional photographer may actually have a better angle. The second picture is two sisters who were baptized together! We are so proud of you!
If you missed this beach baptism...be sure to come to the next one! (ok...you did miss the 3.5 hour traffic jam leaving the island, but it's all good!! We all hope to miss that next time!)
